Location: Remote Initially (up to 3 months). Thereafter, Bellevue. Washington.

A Technical Support Engineer will engage users of the software who are experiencing challenges or have questions regarding usage. Typically, communication is via telephone but can also be via email or instant message.


The Employer is willing to consider all educational backgrounds which can demonstrate technical strength. This could include, but not be limited to: Associate or Bachelor’s in a Technology, or other STEM area such as Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Candidates who do not hold a specific degree in these areas, but who can demonstrate an ability and knowledge in Tech or STEM areas will be considered.

Strong, bilingual communication skills, an interest in supporting others, patience, and a positive attitude.
